It's been a couple of years in the making, but my first collaboration with my old and dear friend Chef Akhtar Nawab — the cookbook Good For You —is being published in August! We have collected 100 of Akhtar's favorite clean-eating recipes, influenced by international flavors and refined by decades of training.

Our book features inspiring, easy-to-make, wholesome recipes, including Gazpacho with Poached Shrimp, Fish Tacos with Pistachio Mole, Blueberry Ginger Smoothies, and Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups with Sea Salt.

We've also woven in a lot of great stories from Akhtar’s personal and professional journey as a chef alongside folks like Marco Canora and Dave Chang.
